Why did we create the Services for SUNx?

We recognized at SUNx the need for our registry members to be able to access our Climate Friendly Travel movement with customised support. For those that may not have the time or capacity to develop their business plans, can access our support services. As our network kept growing, we also grew partner solutions that align with our Climate Friendly Travel Pillars.

Our mission

At CFT Services, we aim to support tourism businesses to adapt to the challenges of climate change and become leaders in Climate Friendly Travel. As part of the SUNxProgram, we aim to provide additional support for the community to identify opportunities through their own CFT Plan B that protects businesses to be climate-ready for the future of tourism.

Prof Geoffrey Lipman is Director of GGTI which advances Climate Friendly Travel - low carbon, SDG linked and Paris 1.5 aligned, through its SUNx program.
He is President SUNx Malta and Envoy for the Sustainable Tourism Global Center in Saudi Arabia.

Formerly Executive Director IATA, AssistantSecretary General UNWTO and first President WTTC, Lipman is an author and platform speaker.
